The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) has been used to show compliance with Building re Regulations since the 1990s, yet understanding of how it works and how it impacts on compliance is fairly limited among many in the construction industry.
This course will provide an overview of how SAP works and the impact on compliance of various forms of construction and building services.
The intention of the course is to enable professionals on the receiving end of SAP assessments to better understand how changes in building design and construction methods can influence compliance.
