Overheating in Buildings

Course Overview

Recent advances in building construction have focussed largely on reducing energy consumption through improved heat retention via insulation and construction techniques.

This enhanced ability to retain heat, along with a warming climate, means that new and existing properties are at a greater risk of overheating in the warmer summer season.

This course will cover the causes to overheating in buildings while providing solutions to its prevention.
